Workplace mediation is a voluntary, confidential, and informal process in which an impartial mediator facilitates communication between parties in order to help resolve disputes.  Mediation has several advantages including preserving and enhancing working relationships, through a process that can be timely, creative, and that results in a mutually satisfactory solution.
